Locke and Demosthenes

Who is John Locke and Demosthenes?
John Locke is a famous English philosopher and physician. He is mentioned in the American Declaration of Independence. Locke's thoughts and actions were aimed at independence and self. Locke thought that we are born without thoughts, and that knowledge is made only by experiences and influences. He was all about independents and social contracting.
Demosthenes is a famous Greek statesmen, he was a very successful man and wrote speeches for other people. He was sort of an outsider from the rest of the public. 
Give a summary of each (2-3 sent) and describe how they are related to Valentine and Peter (2-3 sent).


Summarize Peter and Valentine's position that they take on the nets.




What role does fear play into how successful Valentine and Peter are?
